With the game tied at 5, in the bottom of the seventh inning, some late game magic by the Bears propelled them to a 6 to 5 walk off win versus Hinds Community College. The Bears capitalized on Hinds' defensive miscues, a solid pitching performance and some timely hitting by Cameron Crawford to grab the victory this afternoon at Pete Goldsby Field.
Hinds would score first with two runs in the first innings. The Eagles started the game with back to back hits off Bear's pitcher Keith Meier. BRCC would score two runs of their own in the bottom of the first to tie the game at two. Seth Daugherty would led off with a single to the shortstop.
